START: VIEWING THE WEBSITE PROPERLY

We make every effort to ensure that all prices and colors are correct at the time of production. However, typographical errors may occur. While we try to present our merchandise as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly due to your monitor setup and supplier deliveries.

SHIPPING: CARRIER, PRICING, PACKAGING AND TRACKING INFORMATION


Vizeau offers the USPS (United States Postal Service) for domestic ground and second-day deliveries, Federal Express and UPS upon request. We ship anywhere worldwide. For other frequently-asked questions, please click here. To track your package, please visit http://www.usps.com and enter your tracking number. The United States Postal Service website does not update its tracking information for 24-48 hours, so some delays in the tracking steps may occur (it takes time to register in their system). Direct questions to the carrier can be made by clicking here. Note: A status 'Accepted' shows on the carrier's tracking page to note the package has been processed at the main processing unit.

PACKAGING

Vizeau
uses discreet mailing packages; there are no markings other than those of the courier on the outside. We do not include invoices or receipts in an effort to reduce the amount of printed paper for a green and environmentally-influenced initiative, although we can access your order information via your email address at the time of purchase or your surname. We do not keep a record of our clients' credit card information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Vizeau
ships its items anywhere in the world. All international packages are sent as Registered Parcels. No need to repeat the charges per item.One fee is sufficient for any amount of items.


TRANSIT TIME

When your package is shiped, we will send you a notification
e-mail with an international waybill number. Standard International
shipping usually takes between 10-15 business days,
pending
customs clearance.





Same Day Service:
If you process your order through our website in the morning (Eastern Standard Time), we try to have it processed and on the way to you that same day via the United States Postal Service. For faster delivery choose 2nd Day Air provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock it may take from 7-10 business days for delivery. Please check back with us on the status of your order after 5 business days.


Eco-friendly Initiative :
Vizeau does not print shipping receipts any longer, to avoid a growing depletion of trees worldwide. If it becomes necessary to contact us in reference to your purchase, send us an email and include a note in your mail correspondence to us.

Our staff is available to assist you. If you are not completely delighted with any item you purchase from us, return it, and we will exchange it as you prefer. There is a one-time re-stocking fee of 10.00 USD per order on returns, not exchanges.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please Note: Bathing suits are considered intimate apparel and should be tried on with undergarments. We cannot accept any garments that have been worn, used or altered in anyway. All garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Send the item or items you wish to exchange to the address in your shipping label and include a note to let us know what we should do for you.

Exchanges are available for our international clients. We will send you an e-bill for the shipping fees to send your exchanged item.

You, our customer, are most important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, due to damage, please wrap the item securely, include a note with your full name, address and phone number, indicate the reason for return or exchange, and return it to us prepaid postage by insured parcel post or UPS™ within 10 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange only. Please use the shipped from address in your package's label. The replacement item will be mailed to you when we receive the exchanged item and will arrive to you via standard mail within 10-12 business days. We will also exchange items for a different size as well. There is a one-time re-stocking fee of 10.00 USD per order on returns, not exchanges.

FITTING TIPS

  • Fitting Note for Tricot and Jersey items: when purchasing items in a stretch material, for swimwear, it is best to select one size more and in t-shirts one size larger when unsure of your fit.

  • Please Note: Bathing suits are considered intimate apparel and should be tried on with undergarments. We cannot accept any garments that have been worn, used or altered in anyway. All garments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Fitting Note for Sheer Underwear- Since meshes (2-way stretch sheer materials) don't always stretch as much as tricots
    (4-way stretch materials), select one size higher on those when in doubt about your fit.
