(United States Postal Service) for domestic ground
and second-day deliveries, Federal Express and
UPS upon request. We

To track your package, please visit http://www.usps.com
and enter your tracking number. The United States Postal
Service website does not
update its tracking information for 24-48 hours, so some delays
in the tracking steps may occur (it takes time to register
in their system). Direct questions to the carrier can be made
by clicking here.
Note: A status 'Accepted' shows on
the carrier's tracking page to note the package has been processed
at the main processing unit.
1: Tracking and Reaching the Carrier Directly
Vizeau uses discreet mailing packages;
there are no markings other than those of the courier
on the outside. We do not include invoices or receipts
in an effort to reduce the amount of printed paper for
a green and environmentally-influenced initiative, although
we can access your order information via your email
address at the time of purchase or your surname. We
do not keep a record of our clients' credit card information.

2: International Currencies and Shipments
